General
Exo covers are tough and flexible - they will handle just about anything you throw at them within regular daily use.
Keep in mind that some designs have lots of holes as part of the look; the more holes in the cover, the less durable that design is.
It is recommended to be mindful of the paint work - like anything that is painted, it is possible to scratch. We use the best automotive painting practices to accomplish the most weather and scratch resistant finish, but like a car, scratches can happen!
Our covers attach to your prosthesis using two polyurethane straps with metal hooks. The straps are not only VERY durable, but their rubbery texture keeps the cover solidly in place.

Yes - we ship anywhere in the world!
We are located in Toronto and we offer free shipping within USA and Canada. If you live outside of these countries, a shipping fee is included depending on where you are from. This will be calculated at checkout.
Our covers are made of ABS plastic, a highly durable, flexible, and heat mouldable material. We paint the covers by hand with high-end automotive paint to provide a beautiful finish that is weather resistant and cleanable.

Yes - our covers are heat mouldable! It is best to have your prosthetist make these adjustments; but if you are making adjustments on your own, please contact us we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to get that great fit on your own.
Each cover is uniquely made to order. After we receive your order, it will take us 5 business days to manufacture your cover(s) before they are shipped. Shipping time will depend on your location.
We ship our covers from our Lab in Toronto, Canada.
Almost certainly! We have a variety of standard adjustments on the ordering page, but if you have a feature that is not listed, please tell us about it in the order notes or contact us before ordering. We are sure we can make your cover work for your unique leg(s)!
We take pictures of the covers we make, so we might have one that looks like yours! However, since they are all made to order, this might not be possible for all color combinations - yet!
